A flexible and friendly provider of home-based support services for people living in the Western Bay of Plenty area.
We are a contracted provider for The Ministry of Health.

About Us

Choices @ Home ‘Te Pukenga Nui Ki Tua – Ki Tai’ is a service provided by NZCCS Bay of Plenty.

Choices @ Home provides services for people living at home who need assistance because of their disability or age. We assist people to live within the community independently and with dignity.

Choices @ Home deliver professional, flexible, culturally appropriate services focusing on people’s needs and choices.

Your safety and privacy are very important to us, all our personal assistants have security checks prior to employment. We also provide them with ongoing training and support.

After you select Choices @ Home as your provider Support Net will contact us with your details. We will then consult with you and arrange for assistance to start.

From time to time, or at your request, a co-ordinator will phone or visit you to monitor the standard of the service you are receiving.

For those people whose support is more complex, we have an after hours system whereby one of our co-ordinators is on call.
