Accomplish Creative Employment Solutions offers a supported employment service to people who experience a disability who are wanting to get into open employment.

We are able to support and assist people through all aspects of getting a job, and then offer on-going support to ensure the employee can keep their job.

Accomplish can help by:

  • Listening to your needs; finding out what it is YOU want from us.
  • Providing individual vocational assistance.
  • Identifying your skills and employment goals.
  • Assisting you to gain access to training and education programmes which may match your vocational goals.
  • Liaising with Workbridge, Department of Work and Income and other funding support agencies.
  • Speaking with potential employers, and advocating on your behalf.
  • Providing on-going support (on site if applicable), to maximise job retention.
